I'm a fully qualified counsellor based here in South Devon. I provide a comfy, safe space for therapy in central Totnes. I also provide online, telephone, and walk-and-talk sessions in nature as another option you'd prefer.

To help guide and support you through your journey and experience towards healing and growth, at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and grounded.

As an integrative counsellor, I bring a variety of techniques into the counselling space and will work beside you to support you through your challenges. Whether you're navigating through grief, trauma, feeling stuck or lost. We can work together to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.
Types of therapy I cover are: Grief, ADHD, Couples, Self-Worth, Anxiety, and Depression.

The sessions I lead are client-led. You're the expert of your own life, and I will walk beside you, supporting you along your journey. Along the way, I will help you understand your emotions and patterns, guiding you forward in new ways, whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling disconnected, or having low self-esteem. I will tailor our work to meet your needs

I offer counselling online across the UK, face-to-face in Totnes, and outdoor walk & talk in a variety of locations.
I aim to create a supportive, compassionate space where you feel safe, respected, heard and empowered to grow.
